No but you're right, there are a lot of NPC types missing from Gw's.
An Inscribe dealer, Still have a lot of Xunlai options to research all in all.

We also have quests that would make you think more npc's would appear
Like the Drink master.... we defeat him....we beat the campaign, why are there so little people at that area?

Divine Path after beating Factions was awesome because it was absolutey crammed with NPCs shouting and emoting and stuff, made it seem like a real life place. If other places were like this the game would be so much more interesting. But if it is implemented please don't go overboard I don't want to be body blocked by 20 NPCs whilst i'm walking from the merch to storage tyvm
